CRÓNICA TDC 2016

Holaaaa a tod@s una vez más ✲ Hoy os traigo un post muy especial, y es que hace unas semanas tuve el honor de estar en la TDC con la temática de Harry Potter que organizó Tinta Digital AL, una organización formada por tres escritores que se dedican a publicar las novedades literarias juveniles. Helloooo everyone once again ✲ Today I bring you a very special post, and is that a few weeks ago I had the honor of being at the TDC with the Harry Potter theme organized by Tinta Digital AL, an organization.
Lo primero que hicimos al llegar a La Casa de Fieras del Retiro de Madrid, que fue donde se celebró el evento, fue mirar nuestro nombre para ver en que casa habíamos sido "seleccionados". Yo puedo decir que fui una orgullosa Hufflepuff (Aunque otras casas me gustasen más). Mientras todos esperábamos fuera para acceder al reciento, nos sorprendimos al ver a la mismísima profesora Mcgonagall y al guardabosques de los terrenos de Hogwarts, Rubeus Hagrid.

The first thing he did upon reaching La Casa de Fieras del Retiro in Madrid, which was where the event was held, was looking to see our name in the house we were "selected" in. I can say that I was a proud Hufflepuff (Although I like other houses ). While everyone waited outside to access, we were surprised to see Professor McGonagall and the guardian of Hogwarts lands, Rubeus Hagrid.
Una vez accedimos al recinto y nos sentamos en nuestra mesa correspondiente, los distintos profesores, prefectos y jefes de las casas hicieron su aparición y se presentaron. ¡Y qué divertido fue ver las rencillas que había entre Gryffindor y Slytherin! Mientras estábamos todos hablando y riendo, el profesor Snape, uno de los más temidos de Hogwarts, hizo su aparición, ordenándonos preparar pociones con la ayuda de unos frascos de cristal, arena, gomina y purpurina. ¡Mucha purpurina! Tras la manualidad, y para hacer memoria al actor que encarnaba a Snape, Alan Rickman, vimos un precioso vídeos que emocionó a más de uno. ¡Always!

Once we got to the venue and sat at our corresponding table, different teachers, prefects and heads of the households made their appearance and presented themselfs. And how fun was seeing the bickering between Slytherin and Gryffindor! While we were all talking and laughing, Professor Snape, one of the most feared of Hogwarts, made his appearance, ordering us to prepare potions with the help of glass bottles, sand, hair gel and glitter. Lots of glitter! After the craft, and to remember the actor who played Snape, Alan Rickman, we saw a beautiful video that made cry more that one. Always!
Después de la emotiva clase, fuimos al exterior para jugar a tres juegos en los que nos lo pasamos genial. El primero consistía en tirar unos saquitos rellenos lo más cerca posible de la figura del elfo Dobby, pero sin llegar a darle porque sino ¡diez puntos menos! A pesar de que lanzamos muy buenos tiros, perdimos contra Slytherin (Algunos compañeros se rebelaron alegando trampas, yo no digo nada... jajaj). La siguiente prueba fue un ajedrez humano como el de Harry Potter y la piedra filosofal. Solo que en este, aparte de comer fichas tenías que responder a preguntas de lo más difíciles. Y la tercera y última prueba o como la llamo yo, el fiasco de Hufflepuff, consistió en resolver un acertijo y buscar a nuestro prefecto. Hufflepuff no encontró al prefecto y llegó la última. ¡Somos únicos! La copa de las casas fue a parar a las manos de Ravenclaw.

After the emotional class, we went outside to play three games in which we had a great time. The first was threw some beanbags as close to the figure of the elf Dobby, but without hurt him. Although we launched some very good shots, we lost against Slytherin (Some comrades rebelled alleging cheating, I say nothing ... hahaha). The next game was a human chess like the one in Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Only in this, besides eating chips we had to answer some difficult questions . And the third and final game was to solve a riddle and find our prefect. Hufflepuff did not find the prefect and arrived the last one. We are unique! The cup of the houses went to the hands of Ravenclaw.

Durante la hora de la comida, nos hicimos fotos, hablamos con los escritores que había y curioseamos en el precioso puesto de Friki Things (http://frikithing.blogspot.com.es/). Tras el merecido descanso, dos escritoras nos dieron una charla contándonos una iniciativa llamada Leo Fantasía en Español, que consiste en darle la importancia que se merecen a las obras de fantasía de autores nacionales. Os dejo el link por si os interesa y queréis echar un vistazo a su página http://leofantasiaenespanol.blogspot.com.es/ Y por fin llegó el momento más esperado (al menos por mí). ¡El concurso de Cosplay! Nos dieron media hora para prepararnos, y pasado ese tiempo nos tocó desfilar enseñando y explicando a todo el mundo nuestra creación. Mi querida amiga Eloísa y yo nos disfrazamos de Daenerys y Arya de Juego de Tronos. También hubo personajes conocidos como el gato de Alicia en el país de las maravillas, Katniss de los Juegos del Hambre, Hazel de Bajo la misma estrella y Hermione y Luna de Harry Potter entre otros. El primer premio fue para Juego de Tronos, el segundo para Alicia en el país de las maravillas y el tercero para los Juegos del Hambre. ¡Fue una experiencia maravillosa!

During lunch, we took pictures, talked with writers who where there and pry into the beautiful shop of Friki Things (http://frikithing.blogspot.com.es/). After the short break, two writers gave us a talk telling an initiative called Leo Fantasía en Español, which give the imoprtance the national fantasy authors deserve. I leave the link if you are interested and want to take a look at their page http://leofantasiaenespanol.blogspot.com.es/ And finally came the most anticipated time(at least by me). The Cosplay contest ! We got half an hour to prepare our constumes, and after that time we walk on the "runway" teaching and explaining to everyone our creation. My dear friend Eloísa and I dressed up as Arya and Daenerys from Game of Thrones. There were characters known as the cat from Alice in Wonderland, Katniss from the Hunger Games, Hazel from The fault in our stars, and Hermione and Luna from Harry Potter among others. The first prize went to Game of Thrones, the second for Alice in Wonderland and the third one for the Hunger Games. It was a fantastic experience!

Estábamos todos felices cuando la mortífaga Bellatrix Lestrange hizo su aparición adorando al Señor Tenebroso, pero menos mal que los prefectos de Gryffindor y Slytherin unieron sus fuerzas y lograron vencerla. Por último, hubo un gran sorteo donde todos recibimos libros donados por los diferentes patrocinadores o amigos del evento. ¡Estoy deseando leer el mío cuando tenga tiempo! Y además os dejo los libros que nos compramos en La Casa del Libro con nuestro premio (no juzguéis nuestros gustos, o más bien los míos jajaj)

We were all happy when the Death Eater Bellatrix Lestrange made her appearance worshiping the Dark Lord, but thankfully the Gryffindor and Slytherin prefects joined forces and managed to overcome it. Finally, there was a big draw where all receive books donated by various sponsors and friends of the event. I'm looking forward to reading mine when I have time! And I also put downhere the books we bought in La Casa del Libro with our preace (don't judge our tastes, or rather mine hahaha)
Me gustaría agradecer a los chicos de Tinta Digital AL todo el esfuerzo que han invertido en preparar este maravilloso día y por hacernos sentir unos verdaderos estudiantes de Hogwarts. Espero que el año que viene aunque sea difícil se superen ;) Y también gracias por los libros y las bolsitas de regalo con el llavero de las reliquias de la muerte. Solo me queda decir, ¡viva Hufflepuff y Hogwarts!

I would like to thank the guys from Tinta Digital AL for all the effort they have invested in preparing this wonderful day and for making us a true Hogwarts student. And also thanks for the books and the gift bags with the Deathly Hallows key chain. I can only say, hurray Hufflepuff and Hogwarts!
